ReBoost My Credit ("we," "us") is a self-help tool that helps you review your own credit reports and prepare your own dispute letters. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We sell your personal data to no one.
Only to provide the service you asked for: analyzing your reports, drafting letters you review and sign, tracking your dispute rounds, and billing. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use your credit data for advertising.
Only the service providers needed to run the product, each under their own terms: Stripe (payment processing), PostGrid (printing and mailing letters you choose to send), Google (only if you use Google sign-in), and our hosting provider. We never share your data for their marketing.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us. We honor access and deletion requests, including under the CCPA and similar laws. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit file yourself, for free, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. See Your Credit File Rights. ReBoost is a tool you operate; it makes no guarantee of any result.
